Our Redevelopment Process

Document Check
We begin with a thorough document check, including society registration, approved plans, property deeds, redevelopment resolution, member list, and key certificates like Title, 7/12 Extract, Index II, and Completion documents.

Process & Emails.
To understand residents' needs and gather plot-related details, an initial meeting will be held. A brief presentation will then showcase the redevelopment overview, including layout, draft plans, commercial terms, timelines, specifications, shifting arrangements, and required documents.

Meeting & Sanctions
The project plan will be revised to suit members' requirements. A final techno-commercial draft with building sketches and legal documents will be shared with the committee, followed by obtaining necessary municipal approvals.

Shifting of Residents & Demolition
Once the commercial terms are fulfilled, residents relocate to their respective rental accommodations, allowing the building to be handed over for redevelopment. The project then moves forward in alignment with the sanctioned plan

Project Completion & Handover
After structural completion, finishing, inspections, and installations are thoroughly carried out. Once the Occupation and Completion Certificates are secured, the building is handed over to residents with proper inductions.
